Currently: July

Hi, friends!
I am linking up again this month with Farley for July: Currently!
So, here goes...
Listening: I can't help it. Leslie Knope is my hero, and I am JUST now discovering the world of Pawnee..... I also have a love for all things CW (or the WB, back in the day). Teenage shows are my guilty pleasure: One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl, Hart of Dixie, The Carrie Diaries, the list goes on. I am a sucker for them. I also have the SATC collection on DVD, so it is only natural to watch the prequel.

Loving: I have used the same self-tanner for the past 2 summers, and LOVE it! If you're looking for a natural-looking, healthy glow, check out Tan Wise from Sally Beauty Supply. To die for.

Thinking: Sarah and I got together for lunch at her house today (thanks, Sarah!) to brainstorm and talk Las Vegas... I am realizing how much I still  need to prepare for Las Vegas... One thing at a time!

Wanting: Who doesn't want to go shopping? Today was payday, and I got a little extra pay for a training and meeting, but I know that I need to book a flight for Oregon when my family goes on their trip, so this is definitely a "want" and not a "need."

Needing: Okay, is anyone else guilty of starting about 6 books at a time, and not actually finishing them in a timely manner? I really need to go headfirst into ONE at a time, but I am having a hard time prioritizing and just focusing on one....

All Star: People know that they can count on me for empathy. I even cry when I watch a sappy commercial. I cried at the end of Furious 7. And during the movie Inside Out. And the beginning of Up. You get the point. If you need someone to cry with or just feel what you are feeling, I am your girl. :)
Thanks for reading! I just discovered TODAY that I was a No-Reply Blogger. YIKES! I fixed that tonight!
Well, if you'd like to link up, head on over to the link at the top and join the party!

  1. Who doesn't love shopping right?! I did some serious damage at Target this week at their Dollar Spot and probably got a lot of things I really didn't "need" for my classroom, but I couldn't help myself. The colors were adorable! :) Hope you have a great time in Vegas! I'm sad I won't be able to go....but I bet it will be awesome!

    1. I hear ya! I went to Target for the Dollar Spot because I saw Lindsey from Miss Johnston's Journey's IG pics of her haul... It was a bad idea... How many baskets and tubs do I NEED?!

    1. Thanks, girl!! Lindsey is a very talented blog designer! I am nervous about forgetting something for LV, but I keep telling myself there HAS to be a Target around there in case I do!!

  3. I cry at EVERYTHING too!! When I'm feeling particularly stressed I put on something sad. Last week I watched the countdown episode on How I met your mother just because I needed a good cry.
Ooo you've just reminded me I should go and check that no-reply status. It annoys me to no end that blogger keeps switching me back to no-reply all the time!

  5. I'm a crier too!! There hasn't been a Disney movie made that hasn't had me bawling, sometimes right in the middle of the movie theater! I hope you have an amazing time in Vegas! I can't make it this year but it's a priority for next year, so maybe I'll get to meet you then!
Thanks so much for sharing your July Currently with us, I had a great time getting to read about you!

    1. I hope you love it like I do!! Just be sure to not get the wash-off, I made that mistake, and couldn't figure out why my tan wasn't staying! ;)
